“Why not have a festival for homeschooling families?” It just started from a talk among the homeschooling mothers. It has been 6 years since homeschooling was introduced to Japan. Now there are so many unique style of homeschooling. So we want to let you know that how much we are enjoying it. Now we would like to invite you to join our “The 1st Home school Fest” in Tokyo. Homeschooling families organize all of this. Please come and join us!

Good news 2：Everyone is welcome!

We will welcome everyone to the 1st HS Fest - your friends, family, grandparents, and church members, so that our loving people will get to know homeschooling more. Also, we would like to testify what our Lord Jesus Christ has done for us through the homeschooling. ( HS Fest office is now planning to prepare invitation cards for people whom you would like to invite to this fest, such as grandparents, and friends.*Please understand that the number of invitation cards are limited.)

  Voluntary works
Your voluntary works will be appreciated. There are so many tasks to do to make this fest successful.
☆ Organizing stage programs(assistant directors, lighting operators,), ☆ Ｈelping “One Coin Shop” as a seller. You can also help us to make a nice hand-made goods and yummy cookies with your original recipes

☆ Planning and organizing games and workshops
 
 

 You also have a chance to work as volunteers on site of the fest.

As an exhibitor

Please exhibit your precious works at the fest. We will accept the works such as shuji writings (Japanese calligraphy), paintings, photos, poems, journals, handicrafts, and studies. The theme is “the Light”. Anything related to the light would be fine. We would like to inform you more details in the next news letter.
 
 
3-minute family performance
Are your families interested in going on the stage? Please let us know what your family would like to perform there. You have only 3 minutes, but it must be a good chance to testify your family talent given by our Lord to the audience.
